From the Living room there is access onto a private sunny balcony which features panoramic views over the harbour and Lake. Guests will find this the ideal place to enjoy a morning coffee or glass of wine and take inspiration from the spectacular views. The spacious sleeping accommodation can accommodate upto 4 guests comfortably, with a stylish Master Bedroom with King size bed and second Bedroom with two Twin single Beds. There is ample storage and hanging space in both Bedrooms. A contemporary Bathroom with Washing Machine with tumble dryer also features. From the property a lovely resident garden can be enjoyed, which also leads to a small beach which is an ideal place to launch a canoe from and explore the lakeshore. The town’s amenities are also within easy walking distance. Cremia is a small and charming town which rests along the central western lakeshore of Lake Como and offers visitors with a pretty small port, a variety of good local Restaurants and Bars, a Beach, Watersport activities including kite-surfing and excellent access by means of a main road and bus service, to other Lakefront towns. Cremia is also situated just a 15 minute’s drive away from the famous Resort town of Menaggio, so is ideally placed for guests who wish to explore the many pretty Lake Como attractions on offer. On visiting Menaggio guests will find a very picturesque Lakefront Town with a wide variety of local amenities, including Restaurants, Bars, Supermarkets, Bakeries, Delicatessens and Boutique shops. Menaggio also boasts a very romantic and scenic Promenade, Lido with swimming pools, beach and brewery and very good transport links including a fast and frequent Car and Passenger Ferry service, which operates the popular ‘Golden Triangle’ route of Bellagio, Menaggio and Varenna as well as to other lakeside towns including Cadenabbia and Tremezzo, where Villa Carlotta is situated and also to the cosmopolitan capital of the Lake, Como city. | |||||||||||||||||||||
